Revision Policy

At Nova Solutions, we are committed to delivering high-quality proofreading and translation services. We understand that adjustments may be necessary to ensure the final deliverable aligns perfectly with your expectations. To support this, we offer up to three (3) complimentary revisions, provided the request adheres to the terms outlined below.


1. Eligibility and Scope

- Consistency of Instructions: Revision requests must align with the original instructions provided in the initial Order Form. Any request that introduces new requirements or contradicts the original brief will be treated as a new order for additional services.

- Quality Assessment: Our Quality Assurance (QA) Department reserves the right to review all revision requests. If the QA Department determines that the original instructions have been fully satisfied in the delivered version, the revision request may be declined.


2. Submission Process

- Pre-Approval Revisions: You are encouraged to review the deliverable thoroughly before formal approval. To request a revision, please use the Contact Form with the subject line “Revision Request.”

- Post-Approval Revisions: If you have already approved the order but require further adjustments, you may still contact us within the eligible timeframe. However, such requests are subject to review and are not guaranteed.

- Required Information: All revision requests must include a specific and reasonable timeframe for completion. Failure to provide a deadline may result in a delay or the inability to process the revision.


3. Timeframes and Deadlines

- Standard Window: You may request a revision at any time prior to formal approval, or within seven (7) calendar days of receiving the initial deliverable.

- Post-Approval Window: Following the formal approval of an order, you retain a seven (7) day grace period to request further adjustments under this policy.

- Delivery Status: An order is considered "Delivered on Time" if the first version was provided within the original deadline, regardless of subsequent revision cycles.


4. Complimentary vs. Paid Revisions

- Complimentary Revisions: Novatrade Solutions provides up to three (3) revisions free of charge, provided they meet the criteria in Section 1. You may include multiple specific instructions within a single revision request.

- Paid Revisions: If your revision instructions fall outside the original scope, or if you have exhausted your three complimentary revisions, you will be required to place a new order for "Editing/Proofreading" services.


5. Automatic Approval

To ensure project closure, the following automatic approval rules apply:

- Initial Deliverable: If no revision is requested and no formal approval is received within seven (7) days of the deliverable being sent via email, the order will be marked as "Automatically Approved."

- Revised Versions: Following the delivery of a revised version (including the third and final complimentary revision), you have seven (7) days to provide feedback. If no response is received within this period, the Paper will be considered accepted and approved in its current state.
