4. Formation of Contract

Information displayed on the Website regarding Services constitutes an "invitation to treat" rather than a binding offer. Your submission of an Order constitutes an offer to purchase Services.

A contract is formed only when Nova Solutions formally accepts your Order. An automated acknowledgment of receipt does not constitute formal acceptance. We reserve the right to decline any Order at our sole discretion. In the event of a rejection, a full refund will be issued for any payments already processed for that specific Order.

5. Scope of Services

Nova Solutions provides intermediary services, connecting customers with qualified freelance editors and translators. Nova Solutions does not author original content.

- Proofreading/Editing: Fees are calculated based on page count and urgency.

- Translation: Fees are determined by word count, language pair, complexity, and urgency.
‍
- Formatting: Final deliverables are typically provided in Microsoft Word (.docx) or Excel (.csv) formats, unless otherwise agreed.

6. Payment and Taxation

All Services are provided on a pre-payment basis. Orders will not be processed until successful payment is confirmed.

- Pricing: Final costs are calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the instructions provided in the Order Form do not match the actual manuscript.

- VAT: Prices are exclusive of VAT. VAT may be applied at checkout based on the user's location and applicable EU/UK tax laws.

- Currency: Payments are processed in Euros (€). If your local currency differs, the final amount will depend on the exchange rate applied by your card issuer.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Refund eligibility is determined by the timing of the cancellation request following Order approval:

- Within 2 hours: 100% Refund.

- Within 4 hours: 80% Refund.
‍
- Within 8 hours: 50% Refund.
‍
- After 24 hours: No refund.

Exceptions: For short-form tasks (proofreading under 3 pages or translations under 500 words), no refunds are provided if cancelled more than 3 hours after approval. All refunds are issued to the original payment source.

8. Intellectual Property

- Website Content: All source code, text, design, and graphics on this Website are the intellectual property of Nova Solutions or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.

- Deliverables: Upon completion and delivery of a "Paper," the property rights are transferred to the customer. However, you agree not to distribute or duplicate materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent where applicable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nova Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or academic standing.
